1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Once an eBook is purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please make sure to review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Accidental Purchases

We are unable to issue refunds for accidental purchases or if you change your mind after downloading the product.

3. Download Issues

If you experience technical issues downloading your eBook, please contact us immediately at support@pigit.shop. We’ll be happy to help you access your purchase.

4. Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will review and may issue a refund for the duplicate item(s).

5. Unauthorized Use or Fraud

If you believe your purchase was made without your authorization, please contact your payment provider or email us for support.
